Our refund policy allows for a 30-day window for eligible items. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


In order to qualify for a return, the item you purchased must be in its original packaging and unused, just as you received it.


Please note that in some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are returned to NOA|AON Shop in a condition that is not their original state, or have missing parts that are not due to any error on the part of NOA|AON Shop. The determination of the appropriate partial refund amount will be made by NOA|AON Shop based on an assessment of the returned product's condition.


Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as well as the amount to be refunded. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment, such as your credit or debit card, within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs for the original product order are non-refundable, and that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


If 14 days have passed and you have not yet received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card company to ensure that the refund has not been credited to your account. Please note that there may be a processing time involved before the refund appears on your statement. Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.


We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us a photograph of the damage along with your name and order number to If you are unable to take a photograph of the damage, please call us at +1 877-890-5147 for further assistance. Once we confirm that the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will issue you an RMA number and arrange for the item to be picked up. The replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.


If the item you received was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued to you in the amount of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased or if it was shipped to the gift giver to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for the return. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise. It is also important to ensure that the shipping service you use provides a signature upon delivery, and that the appropriate insurance is purchased to cover the value of the item during shipping.
