how to use

  • Typically using either Social or Calm
  • Intensity set at a NON DISTRACTING LEVEL between 15-20%, you can encourage the user to set it at a level they find comfortable
  • Explain the DURATION which is the clock timer setting to the right side of the screen - this allows the user to set it and forget it
  • Lastly you can explain that the user is able to set their own SCHEDULE which turns on modes automatically throughout the day when set in advanced.

INTENSITY

  • Intensity should be set at a NON DISTRACTING LEVEL between 15-20%, you can encourage the user to set it at a level they find comfortable
  • We have tested the Apollo wearable rigorously & have found that there is no benefit in a higher intensity setting - meaning that the benefits of the technology are experienced the same at 1% and 99%. Intensity is meant to be worn at a comfortable level and at the discretion of the user. 
  • Explain that higher intensity doesn’t mean more effective, it should be very subtle
