How long should I wear AYO for?

A typical AYO session is 20 minutes. AYO was designed in a way that it seamlessly fits with your lifestyle, allowing you to continue with your daily routine while wearing it (e.g. cooking, working on the laptop, brushing your teeth, etc.)

Do I sleep wearing AYO?

No, you need to wear AYO with open eyes for the light to be effective.

Can I use AYO if I wear glasses?
